Recommended Brewing Methods
Gongfu Brewing (Traditional Method)
· Tea Quantity: 5-7g
· Utensils: 100-120ml porcelain gaiwan
· Water Temperature: 95-100℃rolling boiling purified/mineral water.
· Steps: Pre-warm the Gaiwan and cups. Add 5-7 g of tea leaves and rinse briefly to awaken them. Fill 80% with boiling water, extending each subsequent infusion by 5–10 s, and enjoy 10+ brews of rich, sweet flavor.
Simple Brewing (Daily Drinking)
· Tea Quantity: 3-4g
· Water Volume: 90-95℃ boiling pure water/mineral water.
· Steps: Put the tea into the utensil, pour in boiling water and steep for 20–30 seconds; refill with boiling water repeatedly until the flavor fades.
· Feature: No professional skills needed, flexible water volume adjustment, perfect for home and office daily drinking.
Gift Brewing (for Guests)
· Tea Quantity: 5-7g
· Water Temperature: 95-100℃rolling boiling purified/mineral water.
· Utensils: 100-120ml porcelain gaiwan
· Steps: Same as Gongfu brewing, control the steeping time to ensure the first brew has a balanced taste, present the tea with a tea tray for a delicate tea-tasting experience
