1. Brand Ambassador (Outreach & Experiential Retail)

  • Location: Remote / Regional Field (Pop-ups & Exhibitions)

  • Type: Part-Time / Project-Based

Role Overview:

We are seeking charismatic, deeply grounded Brand Ambassadors to serve as the physical embodiment of the Teavra aesthetic. In this role, you will be the face of our "Quiet Luxury" philosophy, introducing our brand to fine-living connoisseurs, design enthusiasts, and wellness practitioners at high-end pop-up events, lifestyle exhibitions, and exclusive tastings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Animate the Ritual: Artfully introduce our rare, single-plucking collections—including vintage Raw/Ripe Pu-erh and wild White Teas—to sophisticated audiences.

  • Vessel Stewardship: Demonstrate the historical pedigree and functionality of our hand-forged teaware, including our rare Jianshui Zitao clay vessels.

  • Facilitate Sensory Journeys: Guide intimate tea tasting sessions that articulate the complex terroirs, dynamic mineral notes, and the distinct Cha Qi (tea energy) inherent in our ancient leaves.

  • Community Cultivation: Build enduring, high-trust relationships with local lifestyle communities, cultural tastemakers, and premium specialty boutique partners.

2. Creative Content Creator (Visual Storytelling & Social Media)

  • Location: Hong Kong / Hybrid

  • Type: Full-Time / Contract (Portfolio Required)

Role Overview:

Do you possess an absolute reverence for minimalist beauty, empty space, and cinematic light? Teavra is looking for a visually sophisticated Creative Content Creator to translate the profound tranquility of the tea ritual into compelling, high-fidelity digital assets for our global social spaces (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Direction: Produce breathtaking, high-concept photography and evocative short-form videos featuring our curated Tea Sets, Rare Collections, and Bespoke Gifts.

  • Narrative Continuity: Capture the quiet elegance of the "tea aesthetic" through editorial lifestyle shoots that align perfectly with our luxury brand narrative.

  • Campaign Collaboration: Conceptualize and execute digital campaigns that elevate global brand visibility while honoring our tone of understated refinement.

  • Cultural Pulse: Keep Teavra at the vanguard of the modern slow-living movement by tracking digital trends that align with premium design and wellness demographics.

3. Customer Experience Specialist (Community Concierge)

  • Location: Hong Kong (Global Coverage)

  • Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

At Teavra, every customer interaction is a continuation of the tea ceremony itself—handled with grace, clarity, and absolute presence. We are looking for a meticulous, empathetic Customer Experience Specialist to manage our global community concierge, ensuring every relationship is nurtured with world-class care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concierge Counsel: Provide thoughtful, white-glove assistance via email and official digital channels regarding our rare tea vintages, aging profiles, and precise brewing methodologies.

  • Curation Guidance: Act as a personal shopping concierge, helping discerning patrons select the ideal gift sets or custom collections tailored to their lifestyle.

  • Experience Auditing: Actively monitor global patron feedback to identify opportunities to enhance our end-to-end digital storefront experience.

  • Logistical Symphony: Coordinate directly with our premium logistics partners to guarantee that our rare consignments travel from our Hong Kong facility to the client’s sanctuary flawlessly.
