These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "user," or "customer"), and HONG KONG PRIMADAWN GROUP LIMITED, operating under the luxury brand house name Teavra ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), concerning your access to and use of the teavra.com website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or related applications collectively referred to as the "Website" or "Services."

  • Natural Variations: Teavra curates elite, single-plucking ancient-tree tea harvests (Gushu). Because our collections are natural, unblended, and wild-grown, minor variations in flavor profiles, leaf size, aging characteristics, and infusion colors are inherent to the nature of luxury tea. Such variations do not constitute a product defect.

  • Descriptions & Image Accuracy: We employ high-fidelity visual and text presentations to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, color displays, vintages, or alternative contents on the Website are completely error-free, current, or perfectly reflective of real-world items due to digital display discrepancies.

  • Availability & Discontinuation: All offerings are subject to structural scarcity. We reserve the absolute right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any vintage or product line at any moment.

3. Order Processing, Verification, & Financial Terms

  • Account Veracity: You agree to provide current, complete, and highly accurate purchase and account information for all transactions executed through our digital storefront.

  • Payment Authorization: By executing a transaction, you certify that you are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the selected payment instrument (Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, etc.). All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the payment gateway issuer.

  • Order Rectification & Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us. This includes orders that appear, in our sole judgment, to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders flagged by our automated anti-fraud security protocols. If an order is altered or canceled, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

  • Dynamic Pricing: Prices for our luxury collections are quoted in the designated currency and are subject to change without prior notice due to agricultural scarcity, currency fluctuations, or supply chain shifts.

4. International Shipping, Logistics, & Customs Manifests

  • Estimated Timelines: Shipping, transit, and delivery timeframes provided at checkout are calculated approximations. Teavra acts diligently to dispatch collections quickly, but we are not legally or financially liable for shipping delays caused by third-party courier infrastructure, maritime or aviation logistics disruptions, weather, or national strikes.

  • Customs, Duties, and Importation: For international shipments destined outside of Hong Kong, the customer operates strictly as the Importer of Record. You are solely responsible for verifying that agricultural, food, and plant-based products can be legally imported into your destination country. Any customs duties, import tariffs, consumption taxes (VAT/GST), or brokerage clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the exclusive financial burden of the customer.

  • Seizure and Abandonment: If an order is rejected, detained, or destroyed by customs authorities due to domestic import restrictions or a customer's failure to pay local duties, Teavra is under no obligation to issue a refund or a replacement shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refund Framework

  • Perishable Nature: Due to the consumable and premium nature of our ancient-tree tea leaves, all tea sales are structurally final once unsealed, ensuring global bio-security and quality management.

  • Policy Incorporation: All return and exchange requests for accessories, storage vessels, or unsealed goods are governed explicitly by our official Refund Policy. We reserve the absolute right to reject return requests that fail to satisfy the criteria outlined therein.

6. Comprehensive Health & Wellness Disclaimer

  • General Consumption Notice: Teavra’s ancient-tree tea collections are intended strictly for general culinary enjoyment, epicurean appreciation, and sensory meditation.

  • Not Medical Advice: No content, product documentation, nutritional breakdown, or scientific commentary published on our Website should be interpreted as medical advice. Our teas and wellness statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other national healthcare authority.

  • No Therapeutic Claims: Our products are not formulated, intended, or guaranteed to diagnose, treat, prevent, mitigate, or cure any chronic illness, metabolic disorder, or medical disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition, you must consult a qualified medical professional before consumption.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

The Website and its original contents—including but not limited to the brand name Teavra, the portmanteau linguistic definitions, digital photography, code scripts, graphic designs, interfaces, video clips, copywrited brand stories, logos, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of HONG KONG PRIMADAWN GROUP LIMITED.

These assets are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and unfair competition laws. No portion of the Website or its content may be copied, reproduced, scraped, downloaded, broadcasted, or repackaged for commercial use without our explicit, written, and notarized consent.
