Recommended Brewing Methods

Gongfu Brewing (Traditional Method)

· Water Temperature: 95-100℃rolling boiling purified/mineral water. 
· Steps: Preheat your teapot or cup. Quickly rinse the leaves with hot water to awaken their aroma. Steep for 20–30 seconds for the first infusion, adding 5–10 seconds for each subsequent brew.
