· Water Temperature: 95-100℃rolling boiling purified/mineral water.
· Steps: Rinse 5-8 grams of the tea in a gaiwan or teapot with hot water at around for a few seconds to awaken the leaves. Discard the rinse, then steep the tea for 15-30 seconds for the first infusion, gradually increasing the time for subsequent infusions. Simple Brewing (Daily Drinking)

· Water Volume: 90-95℃ boiling pure water/mineral water.
