Recommended Brewing Methods
Gongfu Brewing (Traditional Method)
· Tea Quantity: 5-7g
· Utensils: 100-120ml porcelain gaiwan or purple clay teapot
· Water Temperature: 95-100℃
· Steps: Pre-warm the gaiwan with hot water and discard it, then put in the tea and rinse the tea twice with boiling water to awaken the tea leaves. Extend the steeping time by 10-15 seconds for each subsequent brew, to long-lasting fruity sweetness and perfectly balanced mellow yet powerful character.
Simple Brewing (Daily Drinking)
· Tea Quantity: 5g.
· Water Volume: 90-95℃
· Steps: Place the tea leaves into the vessel., Pour in boiling water, steep for 20-30 seconds, then enjoy.Refill with hot water repeatedly, extend the steeping time by 10-15 seconds for each refill to maintain consistent flavor.
