Recommended Brewing Methods

Gongfu Brewing (Traditional Method)

· Tea Quantity: 5-8g
· Utensils: Zitao teaware
· Water Temperature: 95-100℃rolling boiling purified/mineral water. 
· Steps: Gently break off a piece of the tea cake and place it in a warm teaware. Rinse the leaves briefly with hot water, then steep water for 20-30 seconds for the first infusion. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent infusions. Enjoy multiple brews, savoring the evolving rich, honeyed aroma and full-bodied flavor.

Simple Brewing (Daily Drinking)

· Tea Quantity: 3-5g
· Water Volume: 90-95℃ boiling pure water/mineral water. 
· Steps: Put the tea into the utensil, pour in boiling water and steep for 20–30 seconds; refill with boiling water repeatedly until the flavor fades.
· Feature: No professional skills needed, flexible water volume adjustment, perfect for home and office daily drinking.

Gift Brewing (for Guests)

· Tea Quantity: 5-8g
· Water Temperature: 95-100℃rolling boiling purified/mineral water.
· Utensils: Zitao teaware
· Steps: Same as Gongfu brewing, control the steeping time to ensure the first brew has a balanced taste, present the tea with a tea tray for a delicate tea-tasting experience
