Tea Story

Lao Ban Zhang, hailed as the "King of Pu'er," lies at the heart of Yunnan's Bulang Mountains. This "Jin Yi" cake is crafted from hand-picked early-spring ancient tree leaves and traditionally processed through sun-drying and stone-pressing. Named "Jin Yi" (Golden Benefit), it embodies the rarity and richness of Ban Zhang's terroir, capturing the wild, powerful spirit of the ancient trees in every sip — a true tribute to the classic Lao Ban Zhang style.Perfect for traditional steeping or as a refined gift for tea enthusiasts.


Recommended Brewing Methods

Gongfu Brewing (Traditional Method)

· Tea Quantity: 5–8 g
· Utensils: 100-120ml porcelain gaiwan
· Water Temperature: 95-100℃ boiling water (to stimulate mellow aging flavor) · Steps: Quickly rinse and discard the first infusion to awaken the leaves.Pour along the pot wall to protect the leaves. Use quick, strong infusions for the first three brews, then gradually extend 5–10 seconds per infusion. Peak flavor appears between the 4th and 8th brews; can be brewed over 15 times.

Simple Brewing (Daily Drinking)

· Tea Quantity: 3-4g
· Water Volume: 90-95℃ boiling pure water/mineral water. 
· Steps: Put the tea into the utensil, pour in boiling water and steep for 20–30 seconds; refill with boiling water repeatedly until the flavor fades.
· Feature: No professional skills needed, flexible water volume adjustment, perfect for home and office daily drinking.

Gift Brewing (for Guests)

· Tea Quantity: 5–8 g
· Water Temperature: 95-100℃rolling boiling purified/mineral water.
· Utensils: 100-120ml porcelain gaiwan
· Steps: Same as Gongfu brewing, control the steeping time to ensure the first brew has a balanced taste, present the tea with a tea tray for a delicate tea-tasting experience
